We are based in Knayton, between Thirsk and Northallerton in tranquil North Yorkshire. With easy access from the A19 or A1 motorways, we are in an idyllic location wherever you are visiting us from.

With many activities to do in the local area such as walking, cycling, horse racing, gliding, shopping and not forgetting the local events happening in the surrounding areas, you can easily fill your day with activities or alternatively enjoy a relaxing day on our peaceful park.

Holiday Home Site Fees 2022

Our Holiday Home site fees include water, drainage and rates.

12 month site access.

Gas and electricity will be metered and charged at the end of every quarter of the year.
